Expedite Auto Transportation provides vehicle shipping and transportation services across the United States. By submitting a quote request or booking a shipment, you authorize us to arrange transportation through our network of licensed and insured carriers.

2. Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes provided are based on the information you submit (vehicle type, pickup/delivery locations, and service type).
  • Final pricing may vary depending on fuel rates, carrier availability, or last-minute changes.
  • Quotes are valid for a limited time unless otherwise stated.

3. Booking and Payment

  • A booking or deposit confirms your agreement to proceed with transportation services.
  • Remaining balances are due upon delivery unless otherwise specified.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or approved alternatives.
  • Failure to make payment may result in cancellation or additional fees.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made before dispatch may be subject to a processing fee.
  • Once a carrier is assigned and dispatched, deposits become non-refundable.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–10 business days.

5. Vehicle Preparation

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the vehicle is in operable condition (unless booked as "inoperable").
  • Removing personal items and valuables from the vehicle.
  • Notifying the company of any modifications (lift kits, lowered suspensions, etc.).

We are not liable for damage to or loss of personal items left in the vehicle.

6. Pickup and Delivery

  • Pickup and delivery dates are estimates; weather, traffic, or carrier delays may affect schedules.
  • Customers must be available or assign a representative at both pickup and delivery points.
  • If the location is inaccessible to large trucks, alternative nearby meeting points may be arranged.

7. Damage and Claims

  • All vehicles are inspected before loading and upon delivery.
  • Any visible damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading before signing.
  • Claims must be filed directly with the carrier's insurance company within the allowed timeframe.
  • Expedite Auto Transportation assists with claim coordination but is not responsible for carrier-related damages.

8. SMS and Communications

  • By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls or SMS messages related to quotes, updates, and promotions.
  • Message frequency may vary; standard rates apply.
  • Reply "STOP" to opt out or "HELP" for assistance.

9. Limitation of Liability

We act solely as a broker connecting customers with authorized carriers.

Expedite Auto Transportation is not liable for:

  • Delivery delays, weather issues, or carrier-related incidents.
  • Loss of personal items or indirect damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

10. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website by:

  • Uploading harmful or fraudulent content.
  • Attempting unauthorized access or interfering with website operations.

Violation of these terms may result in restricted access or legal action.
